A new nose for actress Helen Flanagan

Posted on Wed, 26 Jun 2013

Helen Flanagan has come under fire yet again for being abroad while her boyfriend Scott Sinclair was rushed to hospital for emergency surgery to remove a blood clot from his shoulder according to The Sun newspaper.

Her reasons for being abroad however were not to soak up the sun on a girly holiday or sight see, in fact she was having rhinoplasty after many years of insecurity over the shape of her nose. Helen was reportedly bullied at school because of her nose and had very low self-confidence as a result. Coronation Street made her a household name as Rosie Webster but The Sun stated that this made her even more self-conscious.

It’s worth pointing out that there is no need for anyone to go abroad for surgery like this. There are many excellent hospitals here in the UK, like The McIndoe Surgical Centre, where discretion is absolutely key and patients can achieve the look they want without having to step on a plane. Hopefully Helen researched her clinic well and checked that there is a good after-care service available to her for recovery and check-ups.

She is said to be absolutely thrilled with the results and we wish her all the best with her continued recovery as well as congratulating her on her recently awarded title of UK’s Sexiest Woman as voted last month in FHM magazine.
