Mr Gulati is appointed as Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at the renowned Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, East Grinstead with a specialist interest in head and neck oncology and microvascular reconstruction. He is a core member of the West Kent Head and Neck Multidisciplinary Team and is an Executive Officer of the European Association for Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery (EACMFS).
He has a keen interest in promoting higher education and regularly lectures nationally and internationally, holding workshops in the fields of oral and maxillofacial surgery (OMFS) and implantology. Mr Gulati is the Training Programme Director of OMFS for Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
Mr Gulati completed advanced dental implant training in South Africa, USA and the UK. He undertakes complex implant cases using the renowned Straumann implant system and for patients suffering bone loss where bone grafts and sinus lifts are possible, to allow for implant placement.
He has contributed to a number of publications ranging from head and neck cancer research to litigation in NHS oral and maxillofacial surgery and is also the section editor for the Journal of Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery.
