Professional profile

Michelle’s clinical journey began over 15 years ago working in the busy reception of a GP surgery. Here she was provided with the opportunity to train and become a phlebotomist. This later led Michelle to complete her clinical training to become a Healthcare Assistant.

Michelle had completed her first year of a Nursing Associate Degree when she joined The McIndoe Centre as Lead Healthcare Assistant seven years ago, providing high-quality care within our Outpatients Department.

Michelle has a special interest and personal interest in medical tattooing and is delighted to start her Medical Tattooing clinic at The McIndoe Centre in the Spring of this year (2024), which will provide micropigmentation for the nipple and areola, scars and burns.

Embracing this multifaceted role, Michelle eagerly anticipates the prospect of splitting her time between her responsibilities as a Healthcare Assistant at The McIndoe Centre and her role as a qualified Medical Tattooist. In this dual capacity, she will leverage her diverse skill set to continue to enhance the lives of her patients.
