Horder Healthcare Appoints New Trustee & Non‑Executive Director
Horder Healthcare is very pleased to share that Claire Damen is joining our Board as a Trustee and Non‑Executive Director from October 2026.
Claire is currently Chief Executive of Independent Health Group, where she has progressed through senior roles including Head of Nursing & Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and CEO. Her career spans NHS and independent‑sector leadership, with a strong grounding in clinical quality, patient safety, staff culture, and governance. Claire is widely recognised as an influential, values‑led leader with a nursing background and a track record that includes CQC Outstanding performance and excellent staff‑engagement results.
